Due to FDA restrictions on importation of food and food products, some of our products are only shipped within Canada and some are available only in the USA. In general product on the main pages are available within the USA. Products available to Canada are listed on the AVAILABLE TO CANADA page. If shipping is not added to your order, it is not available to your area.

To improve availability to the USA, some of our products are shipped directly from holding facilities in the USA. Importing into Canada may result in duties or tariffs which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is done by Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS depending on the location it is shipped from. As a result sometimes your order may arrive in more than one box.    Most orders are shipped within a couple of days and arrive within 7 days.

Ratates are calculated by destination at the time of ordering. Entering your full address (with postal code in Canada) will calculate charges. Please refer to your order receipt for exact charges. Again, if shipping charges are not automatically added, the product is not available in your area.

All prices and shipping is charged in Canadian Dollars. This will result in savings for our USA customers. Exchange rates fluctuate daily. The daily rate will be indicated on your credit card statement.
